Jason is an Intellectual Propertly lawyer and the Director of Knowledge Management at Ridout & Maybee LLP. He provides legal services for and legal advice on all types of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyright and designs. Jason is a registered Patent Agent and Trademark Agent who prosecutes patent applications in all areas of technology and prosecutes trademark applications.

As Ridout & Maybee LLP's Director of Knowledge Management, Jason has developed a new Knowledge Management database which includes the firm's precedent and research memo collections. He also manages the firm's Continuing Legal Education program and the firm's three law libraries.

Jason was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2001. He obtained his B.Sc. in Biology (1995) from the University of Western Ontario and his J.D. (1999) from the University of Toronto.
