Jeffrey Fung
Jeffrey was called to the Bar in 2009. He is Founder & CEO of MyLawBid, an online Canadian lawyer referral service. MyLawBid's goal is to bridge the divide between the general public and the legal community. For lawyers, MyLawBid acts as an online business development tool; for those seeking legal services, MyLawBid acts as a link to the legal community. Jeffrey was previously a Toronto lawyer at McMillan LLP, where he summered and completed his articles. His practice involved corporate insolvency law, including enforcement of security, reorganizations, bankruptcies, liquidations, receiverships and cross-border insolvencies.
Jeffrey completed his BCom in Finance (2005) at the Sauder School of Business and his J.D. (2008) from Queen’s University. He also completed his Certificate in International Business Law from the International Studies Centre in England while attending Queen’s Law.
