Rosa Kang
Rosa completed her B.A. (Hons), majoring in English Literature, at the University of Toronto in 2005. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2008 and was called to the Bar in 2009. Rosa articled at a full-service Toronto law firm where she was exposed to many areas of the law and joined Bennett Gastle upon her call to the Bar. Her primary areas of practice are commercial and civil litigation with emphasis on insurance defence including disability and life claims; creditor insurance claims; and coverage issues.
During law school, Rosa was a senior editor of Osgoode Hall Law Journal and research assisted for various professors. She also served as an executive for the Korean Law Students' Association and volunteered with the Community and Legal Aid Services Program and Pro Bono Students Canada. Rosa is currently an active member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers and her church community.
During her spare time, Rosa likes to read, play the piano and spend time with her family and friends.
